Famous for their beef bone soup, the rich, hearty broth was nothing short of exceptional, bursting with deep, savory flavors that warmed the soul. Many items are cooked with the soup. Fresh , clean , authentic Chaoshan taste

Hidden gem; their noodles/broth are super flavorful. It's a great spot for a hangover food (hot and "heartwarming" for the lack of a better word). I dip everything in their 'Sha cha' sauce that you can service yourself with. It's beyond delicious... I've even eaten two bowls of noodles in one sitting. They're known for their hot pot apparently, but I've yet to try. I'd imagine it's just as good as their noodles. It typically comes with "fun," but I opt for the "mian" which comes with wonton noodles. The oyster pancake is good too, but I'd definitely just order another bowl of noodle because it's that good. I will say their fried rice had a good aroma, but it lacked in flavor (no salty enough surprisingly). You're also always served with a petite tea kettle which I appreciate.

[ Food ] I ordered A1. House Special Beef Noodle Soup and it was decent, some of the meats were chewy. The broth was nice and light though, not greasy. The Fried Fish Cake was decent as well. [ Service ] The customer service was really good, the ladies were attentive and nice. [ Parking ] They have their own parking lot so that's convenient.

Ordered the house special noodles which comes with various meats and I was in particular impressed by the tripe. Two types. Both perfectly cooked. The blanket tripe in particular was tender yet had that slightly bouncy crunch. I haven't been impressed by tripe in a really long time. The soup broth was also very light yet flavorful. The noodles cooked just right. The slice beef wasn't so great but it didn't make or break the bowl of noodles. Overall very satisfied and would order noodles from here again. Also ordered beef skewer and omelet. Both were ok but I wouldn't bother ordering again. I liked the hot tea that was provided upon sitting down. However, service could be an issue for non-mandarin speaking patrons. Sauces aren't on the table but can be self serviced. Restaurant was clean and had its own parking lot. Anyhow, if you like tripe you must try the tripe. Otherwise a good place to grab a nice hot bowl of noodle soup.
